Join Indian teacher Mukesh Kothari for a special workshop that will help you go deeper into backbends, focusing on Kapotasana (Full Pigeon Pose).
This workshop is for regular yoga practitioners who want to improve their hip opening and backbending practice. Using the Vinyasa Krama method (step-by-step yoga), we will explore important ideas and safe techniques to help you:
• Breathe more deeply
• Activate your psoas and other important muscles
• Let go of unwanted emotions stored in the body
• Move toward intermediate-level backbends in a safe way
Note: This workshop is not for beginners. You should already be able to practice the basic version of Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana).
