18.00 Ayurveda Yoga ~ Vata Workshop ~ All Levels with Mukesh Kothari
Ayurveda is an integral part of the Indian lifestyle for maintaining health and peace of mind. The principles of Ayurveda are applied to yoga practice to make practice easier and effectively.
Body is made of 3 doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and a balance among them is required to achieve harmony among them.
In this workshop, we will explore Vata in-depth, regarding theory and applied form. We will learn how the increase of Vata brings stiffness in the physical body and with keeping it under balance yoga practice can become joyful.
This workshop will contain:
1. Understanding the ayurvedic elements of Vata and its mechanism.
2. Understanding the relationship between Vata and movements of postures.
3. Helps to reduce stress and promotes sound sleep.
4. An hour of gentle hatha yoga practice.

1. The different forms of Pranic energy controlling multi aspects of bodily and mental functions.
2. It will help to make your yoga practice easier by understanding the vata movements.
3. Special meditation method to calm down unnecessary load; such as stress and anxiety on your mind and body.
