In our upcoming workshop, we will explore the concepts of yoga fundamentals, exploring the asanas, Pranayama and bandha.
Discover the power of Hanumanasana, which explains the workings of the hamstring muscles and paves the way to mastering advanced poses like Lotus (Padmasana) and its variations. Throughout the sequence, you will work on a hip engagement sequence and gradually progress to advanced stages of the poses.
The workshop also focuses on a 30-minute session of breathwork encompassing Pranayama and bandha, which will empower you further in your practice and foster personal growth.
This 2-hour workshop is for all individuals of all levels, from beginners seeking foundational knowledge to seasoned practitioners aiming for progress and refinement in their yoga journey.
